Doing this gives us the opportunity to cultivate positive, lasting relationships with our clients and our homebuilding professionals. These relationships are what make the homebuilding process such a fruitful and remarkable journey, and it’s what makes Haus & Co Homes unique.

We pride ourselves on the undivided attention your project receives from the owner of Haus & Co Homes, Eddie Grothaus. Eddie is all yours and your one and only contact throughout the project. Our homebuilding process only begins once we’ve aligned ourselves with our client’s interests and needs. We aim to meet those interests and needs through the faithful management and stewardship of our client’s funds.
